having trouble registering phone number to pp account

Thanks a lot to fitwxc that I activated 2 pp phones.

When I tried to register pp phone numbers to pp account. I was able to receive activation code from page plus through SMS on one phone, but not on another phone. I have called custom service, and they just can't help me. Anyone here know?
