请高手指教

最近在网上买了个PC to TV Vedio converter，接上后（用VGA从laptop传出，S-VEDIO to TV)发现只有Desktop上的画面从我的Laptop传到了电视上，而网页上的画面却无法传到电视上去。请高手指教，先谢了。
