对Windows XP 的System files 做备份, 要是系统有点问题的时候,

该如何用?
就是把备份Copy 然后再Paste 到原来的WindowsXP 上吗? 我记得以前也对
很多的Program files 做过备份, 但是到要用时, 好象Paste 都没用, 只好重装了事.
所以对做备份不太报希望.
