How to remove install.log

I have install a software called "MPEG Video Wizard“电影魔方”, it is a time limit version, after certain days, it will expire, I try to delete and reinstall it, but there is "????install.log???" in my computer, which is not removed, who has idea to remove it, so I can reuse this software again.
