1.我让国内的试过，用nonoh.net网页上的free dial，不行。所以我想国内可能不行。但是你可以让你家人试试别的公司，只要有公司的网页上的free dial能够打，就应该没问题。

2.如果你已经安装ATA，国内可以安装ATA，你们之间可以不通过任何电话公司免费直拨，简单地说就是用IP address forwarding (如果是Dynamic IP，就是用前面说的DDNS fwd）。
