请教此间高手 Windows 7问题

请教Windows7 新买的PC，带WIN7Home Premium。新装了中文软件，但是显示字乱码。以前在Vista Home Premium上 是到controlpanel--》region&language，加装中文，然后把地区设置成中国，就解决了。可Win7Homepremium 没有了。说是 WIN7Ultimate 或 Win7enterprise才有此功能。请教此间高手怎么解决这个问题？多谢？
