Why My Laptop auto shut off everday?

I am using Window Wista, I don't know why my Laptop auto shut off around 12:15 PM everday, I usually turn on it around 7:00 AM everday.

I checked all the settings in the Power options, there is nothing mention to set power off in this time.

Any setting else I have to change?
