重装VISTA出现蓝屏幕,请指教.

TOSHIBA SATELLITE L305D,AMD 64X2, 3G DDR2, 160G SATA.
出现蓝屏重启,只能进安全模式...

试着重装VISTA:
'press any key to boot from CD...',然后笔记本从CD上读数据...
然后就出现蓝屏:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, STOP ERROR: 0X0000000A.

试重装XP没问题.
换了主板和RAM,问题依旧...

请哪位大侠给指条明路.
