I have voip phone provider OOMA, want using NONOH call China

How I using phone to phone call? It looks need computer to login the nonoh's website then connect. The gradma wants using phone to call china, she can't using computer. So please help me, very appreciate!!!!!!出入自在, landsend, fitwxc, please help!!!!!!!!
