Help: after MSN forced upgrade, MSN Live video call doesn't work

MSN forced user to upgrade its new version, after the upgrade the MSN Live video call doesn't work anymore on my machine. I have tested it with my other PC as well, no one works by using the latest Windows Live Messenger. Can anyone help? Thanks.
