Windows XP using Comcast cable, can not browser internet website

Hi, 各位高手，请教一个问题，我的computer 的OS是WINDOWS　ＸＰ，用CABLE 上网，　最近不知为什么总也上不了网，可是我可以PING 到我要去的WEBSITE，说明网路是通的，但是总是 The pagae cannot be displayed. 请各位高手指点一下，我应该从哪下手？先谢谢了！
