向 fitwxc 大师请教如何设置和充分利用本地小型VoIP PBX Server

自己的办公室，使用的是本地 VoIP PBX System (型号：Allworx 10x，电话机都是SIP Phone,加装过VPN和Internet Calling features), 另接Linksys N-Router,服务是包月的Dynamic T-1 voice/data bundle，full T-1 with 6 voice lines.请问能否在大师的指点下设置可以免费或低价拨打中国的电话？非常感谢您的时间和帮助！
