求助：windows 7 和 internet 8， 打不开一个要命的tab.

从网上刚买了一个dell laptop, 业余时间抄抄股票，但在scottrade指数走势图上最左边上方的一个tab:time range 打不开。所以没法设置不同时间的走势图。打电话给dell,他们说我的deal 不包括sofware warranty,要我再交109刀，才告诉我怎么解决。想退货还嫌麻烦，而且他们说这种情况不能退货。
太气愤了。
给scottrade 求援，他们倒是给了solution,调整什么cookie的设置，但照着作乐也不work.
