START -> Contol panel -> SYSTEM -> Device Manager
-> Network ADAPTERS -> (YOUR WIRELESS NETWORK CARD)
-> Properties -> DRIVER -> ENABLE (device)

By default windows 7 disable broadcom wireless device. (DON'T KNOW the reason(s), may be MS hates broadcom....)
