关于外接硬盘的问题

我想买portable HDD enclosure case.硬盘是从toshiba Satellite 2430/2435 Series 上拆下的(HDD2170).在ebay上看到盒子是注明SATA HDD ENCLOSURE. 不知道我的硬盘是否适用? SATA和PATA 是什么意思? 谢谢.
