I just ported-in today, it is free but no 12$ credit

PP's custom support insists they never given 12$ credit to port-in account. But starting 10/19, port-in account will have 6$ credit.
For the folks want to port-in, wait for the coming Monday. ;-)

I ported from virgin mobile. Thanks for fitwxc's information.
