请问VOIP通话音量如何调节?

首先感谢fitwxc和各位朋友的热心帮助和宝贵经验！
我是用Google Voice + Gizmo5, ATA是SPA2102, 我听对方声音很清楚，但对方说我声音很小. 设置上要怎么调才能把声音调大？　谢谢！
