Can you plug network cable from the router to your laptop, ( meaning you just use the wired connection, not the wireless connection ) to test if the laptop can access internet? If yes, you will have to check the wireless setting, mostly security setting on your router. If 'not, you have to check out the router's connection setting, ie. PPOE etc.
