求助:电脑不能启动了,有办法吗?

我的一台台式电脑中了病毒,无法启动,一打开电脑,就出来两行:

"Diskette drive 0 seek failure
Press F1 to continue, F2 to enter SETUP"

然后我不管按F1还是F2,最后总是回到这两行;我把电脑的硬盘取出来,装到一个enclosure里面,接到另外一台电脑上用杀毒软件扫描,发现该硬盘没有木马,但是有病毒,杀毒以后,我把硬盘装回台式机,可是还是无法启动,总是出现上面的两行信息.这是什么问题?是硬盘坏了还是别的原因?这硬盘还能用吗?是不是要把这硬盘格式化才行?
