请教fitwxc等大侠

买了SAP1001,申请了nonoh作为打出，已经成功打出。

但打进的问题一直没有解决。两月之前，申请了gv，一直没有给号码。于是又申请了ipkall，给了如下答复：

我的问题是：

1.根据他们提供的链接，成功进入，但提示我的邮件地址错误，不知为何？

2.申请ipkall时，用nonoh的用户名可以么（nonoh同时是我打出的设置）？

3.用他们给的号码，设置为line2，设置如下：
SIP Phone Number: 1425-***-****

SIP Proxy：sip.nonoh.net
但电话打入时，没有反应。
