9. look in "Device Manager" in "Devices by connection" mode for a chain of THREE devices off your USB port: ("Composite USB Device", "Qualcomm Proprietary USB Modem (PID 3197)", "Qualcomm Diagnostics Interface") If you find ALL THREE of these with NO RED X's or YELLOW !'s your good
10. start QPST Config and ADD the DIAG port (second of two NEW COM ports)

Step 9 看到"Composite USB Device", "Qualcomm Proprietary USB Modem (PID 3197)", "Qualcomm Diagnostics Interface" 在 Device Manager 了。
Step 10? 如何 start QPST? 在哪里download? 如何install? install是在PC?

研究拉很久才搞到Step9. 请帮忙指点！
