ATA died?

Please help--My new SPA1001 died today

I got this one from ebay and it seems a "sanzhan" product. it works fine for the first two hours and then I lost all connection to this ATA box either from online and by phone. the original IP address is no longer working.

I can make call in with Gizmo+GV, and select VD as call out in the beginning. The last step I did was to set up CID from VD and ATA.

Now ATA has no any response....Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
