回复：It should be fine.

The OEM one should not do any damage to your laptop. However, it may take longer time to recharge the battery. It might be a bit warmer when you use laptop and charge the battery at the same time.

Universal ones are cheaper. It should work as long as the voltage, output current and plug are compatible with your laptop requirement.
