虚心请教:网络电话

我打算打出用fitwxc倡导的voipdiscount,这一部分要收费.打出用CV+Gizmo5或者GV+Sipgate,在Gizmo5和Sipgate已有账号了,那打出这部分是否要付费?谢谢.

另外,大侠们缩写CID是否是指caller ID?多谢.
