sipgate 可以打进，不能打出是怎么回事？

今天我的ATA 刚到货， 因为没有GV 号码， 只好打进打出都用sipgate, 按照大侠们的指点，终于能接电话了，可是用电话打不出去。 我在电脑上用softphone 打出去是可以的。 请教ATA 的line 1 和line 2 都要设吗， 是否要设置成一样的？ 谢谢
