pls help for harddrive free space

dear all.
please help for my laptop computer.
what happened is that there is 80g for C: drive total space. but, it marked as only 11g free space. which means already used 69g. i checked everywhere that only used maxime 20g. (for windows, for other programs. for few other things)
my question is there are 49g which i have totally no idea. is there a bug eating the space???
is there anyway can find out what this 49g used for what? or, how to fix my laptop. thank you all for help.
