fitwxc及众高手, GV+SG还是电话打不进来的问题,

今晚又有三个电话没打进来. 一查, GV log 里有. SP log 里没有. 这样看来, 问题是出在GV了. 对不对啊? 调整SPA1001不能解决是吗? 还是要把SG换成CallCentric?
