装不上，下载70MB后安装时被要求插入.Net CD No1，只好做罢。

But my Internet Host PC does not have .Net 3.5 installed either, and GVout.exe runs fine on it.

I strongly suspect this is due to some limitations of the ICS. I will try to get a router to replace the ICS and see if the problem still exist.
