电脑专家救命。。。。

话说前两天接到part time 编程的活，可老板要我自己装跟PHP相关的软件。

我试着装了NETBEAN IDE6.7.1 没有问题。我又装了XAMPPControl Panel Application， 我在试着检查XAMPP安装时，用了，
“打开浏览器，并敲入http::/localhost"时，我看到的信息是

”浏览器无法打开“，

这个要不要紧呢？

请大家帮忙，我这个笨人，光编程，平时都不注意根电脑有关的知识。
