请问IT 精英,QQ 在英语版的WINDOWS 上不好使, 是什么原因?谢谢

刚刚把电脑的汉语版改成了英语版, XP. 但现在QQ 不好使了, 刚打一行字就FROZEN, 用语音或视频刚讲完一句话, 也是FROZEN, 请问IT 高手,这可能是什么原因?


还有, 如果把汉语的 操作系统装在 USB　ＦＬＡＳＨ　盘里，　可行吗？
