you should tell how and from where you deleted the pix.

I guess you deleted them from a sm/cf card? then they are not in recycle bin.

if so, get the last free version of DIR (digital image recovery) 1.47 from here:

http://www.itpartner.pl/ftp/pobierz/pc/1655.html

it get 100% of the pix back they haven't been overwritten.
