What Java files are needed for Chrome to display photos?

hi expert,

i am using chrome cuz it's fast in browsing. now i have one issue, many times embedded jpeg photos can't be displayed. i checked source code, here is what chrome can't interpret:

img ='java:if(this.width>750) this.width=750'

i am thinking this is something with java. so what java files do i need to install? thanks for your input.
