What did you do? How do you convert?

你是否按照iPod的使用手册iPod touch Features Guide来做的？

Videora ipod converter不能接受rm或rmvb格式的电影，需用其它工具先转换成avi或mpeg格式。

在iTunes里是否能play所有的歌和电影？

如果只是iPod touch不能放，建议你去找apple退换。
