请问如何把下载的电影和歌曲放进Ipod Touch？

I tried to convert and transfer my download movies and music to my ipod touch, but unsuccessful. I tried to use itune to convert but it won't start. Drag and drop does not work either. Anyone has any ideas? Thanks.
