you can't delete it. Create another shortcut

You can't just delete the icon and remove it from system. See your file manager (file explorer, windows explorer) and see if there is a bin there. Create a shortcut there.

BTW, don't be lazy that drag things into RB for deletion. that is how Apple people use things. Delete with "delete" key.
