想问一下有没有这样一个东西-wireless to lan adapter

家里已经有了wireless lan,现在有一个电器只有一个lan connector,但是又不可能从router拉那么长的线,所以想买一个这样的东西可以通过连上，然后再用lan cable连上这个东西。这个东西其实就是个bluray player为了online streaming video.

请问有这种东西吗？
