病毒感染，求救。

昨天试图装SSREADER软件，NORTON发现一病毒，但无法删除。今用SYMANTEC SECURITY CHECK (网上ONLINE)发现如下信息：
1 FILE INFECTED ON YOUR DISK
C：SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION_RESTORE{14157744-4FA2-4CAF-BAFB-72CC49941017}RP190A0025234.EXE is infected with Downloader.Trojan

我按照SYMANTEC的方法试图除去，但不行。
它的方法是，
1) Disabling System Restore
2) Updating the virus definitions
3) Restarting the computer in Same mode
4) Scanning for and deleting the infected files
5) EDITING THE REGISTRY

在第四步，没有病毒被检测到，从文件SEARCH但又找不到上述被感染的文件，大峡给个解。
