如何增加蓝牙功能？USB adpter信号很差，无法听音乐，但鼠标可用

我的笔记本电脑没有蓝牙功能。想增加这个功能，主要用于用蓝牙耳机听音乐，用无线鼠标和键盘。买了一个u***** adapter, 插上后，鼠标可用，功能正常，但bluetooth headset里的音乐质量很差，很多噪音，无法听音乐。而我太太新买的电脑有内置蓝牙卡，用同样的bluetooth headset听同样的音乐，效果却非常好。请问，如何给我的电脑增加高质量的蓝牙功能？谢谢！
