OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6.0 发不出邮件， 咋办？ 求教....

Outlook Express 6.0

以前用的挺好， 【比 OUTLOOK 2003 好】

重装了一下windows， [WINDOWS XP, SP3]
OE6 发不出 email

怎么搞的？ 请高手指教。 多谢。

以下error message：
