F1!!! 如何创建两个单独的网络共享相同的电缆连接在家里？

Is there any good way to translate English to Chinese... I mean I have been trying to use the Google Translate site but sometime the Translation as poor as my any language.
I want to communicate in Chinese (written) but very limit for my current situation. I still can read but don't know how to type.

Sorry about the topic. I try to use the Google Translate website to translate it in Chinese and somehow it didn't fit... well apology for my poor Chinese too.
Just want to found out what is the best way to create two separate networks sharing same Cable modem connection at home.

I'm having a lot of problem with my parents watching CCTV with p2p setup on my network while I'm working at home. Is anyone got a good idea with the limited resource listed below to create two isolated separate networks so one will not affect the other:

One DSL Cable connection
One DSL Cable Modem
One ADSL Modem (in the garage)
One wireless Router (D-Link DI-624+A AirPlusG Router)
Four NetGear FS105 Switch

This is all I have and I'm not planning to spend more at home. So any good ideas?
