如何去掉屏目提示选择操作系统

试着从外置硬盘上启动，启动时屏目提示选择哪个操作系统启动，外置硬盘上的列为第一。去掉硬盘后启动时屏目依旧提示选择哪个操作系统启动，因外置硬盘上的列为第一，缺省选择外置硬盘的操作系统启动，因硬盘被去掉，启动失败。

请问如何去掉屏目提示选择操作系统。
