如果是Li-ion 电池，照书上所的做没错。完全放电对锂电池的寿命有负面影响。

如果是镍镉电池的话，应该尽量用完再充电。

如果是镍氢电池，最好定期（每个月）完全放电再充电。

My practice for Li-ion battery is to charge it when the capacity dropped to half. Don't let it goes too low to charge it, yet don't charge it too often.
