请帮忙诊断我的电脑是中了病毒吗

近2周我的IE非常慢(laptop听到总是在咔咔的响不知道在做什么)，经常frozen不动了，要不就是音乐和画面不显示。每次这种情况发生时我另开一个IE窗口又是好的，大概过个十多20分钟这个新窗口又出同样问题。

最近2天看到几次error message，apparently a message from "Visual C++ Library", saying "this application (i.e. Internet Explorer) has made an unusual requst to Runtime to terminate".

我一直装有Norton Antivirus软件，也一直keep updating and scanning, 没有显示发现什么病毒。

请教各位，这像是中了病毒吗，怎么解决呢? 谢谢！
