如何远程登入内网或虚拟网址

老人在国内的电脑老有问题，总是让人帮忙挺麻烦的，我想用远程桌面登录上去帮他看看，可是他的网址看上去是公网IP，确无法Ping 通，估计是电信用了虚拟地址，这种情况和内网相似吧，有什么方法连上去吗？
