callcentric 问题

我用的是linksys rt31p2。我刚注策了callcentric，买了一个local number.但是我的帐户显示"this number is not registered."请问是什么问题吗？另外，我也用到voipdiscount,我可以打出去。我想请问，如何把callcentric的number 转到voipdiscount?能否详细解答？谢谢
