请问：安装《木林雨风》失败，再装英文XP为什么不能格式化

我的一个硬盘安装中文版《木林雨风》，不是拷贝数据不能100%，就是不能启动。就准备重新安装英文XP，但是不能格式化了，也不能安装了，偶尔一次出现“找不到操作系统”提示。请问如何处理这种问题呢？如果是个裸盘怎么安装呢？
