谁能帮我?!

小弟用 Windows XP, 近来突然发现 for all folders, the "Properties" function couldn't load up (i.e., in Windows Explorer, select a folder, right-click mouse, then from the drop-down list select "Properties", no pop-up window comes out)！但是，对於单独的文件 (files), "Properties" 照常工作。重新启过机子，还是这样。敬请高手指点。多谢！
