HELP! 55555...

I don't know what's wrong w/ my computer. I haven't used it for a few days. Today, I started it and found that it runs soooo slow, no matter which software I'm using. For example, each time when I type, the screen has always a time delay about 5 seconds. And the mouse doesn't work as usually. I have a AutoCAD project duing tomorrow. Due to the two problems mentioned above, I couldn't work smoothly. So far, I just finished 1/10 of my project. My computer is driving me crazy. BTW, I retarted it for at least 10 times and that didn't help at all. Who can tell me how to deal w/ it? Thanks a lot :)
