mdfs080511.dll --Help!!

My PC has been starting very slow lately. It takes more than 10 minutes to start up. Then there is an error loading: c:\documents & Settings\All users\mdfs080511.dll. The specified module can't be found.

Also when it starts up, CPU utilization is 100% several times.
