请教：如何阻止这个网站

每次开机，还没有打开任何program, 这个网站http://shop.trendmicro.com/tmasy/eol.html?X=300&Y=300&WIDTH=690&HEIGHT=480老自动跳出来，说：

。。。

我查过，并没有装过这个软件。请问如何阻止这个讨厌的网站自动跳出来？？
